Welcome to the PHCA elementary page, Home of the Lions.  We are so glad that you have taken this opportunity to visit us.  We have been nurturing and caring for students for over 12 years.  We believe that Christian education provides an awesome foundation for building character and productive citizenship.  The PHCA elementary school consists of grades K4 through six.  Primarily, the A BEKA curriculum is the core curriculum used at the elementary level along with other supplemental materials.

K4/K5
             
We offer an outstanding Kindergarten program for our K4 and K5 students, which is challenging and exciting.  In Kindergarten, our students are encouraged to develop valuable habits and social skills through daily practice.  Instruction in Bible, phonics, reading, writing, numbers, physical education, music, art, computer, and other activities on their level make the learning process a rewarding experience!

 

Grades One Through Six

The elementary program consists of grades one through six.  Realizing the differences in learning styles, we expect each child to perform to his or her fullest potential.  Spiritual, qualified, and certified teachers are committed to go the extra mile to try to give each student what they need in order to feel successful.  Bible is emphasized, as well as other academic subjects including phonics, reading, language, spelling, math, science, history, penmansh
